Jermaine Scott, 21, of Woodward Avenue, was arrested on a warrant following an investigation into the July 20 shooting of the 26-year-old man on Ely Avenue, police said.
Lezeau was found with life-threatening wounds, at about 7:45 p.m. He was transported to Norwalk Hospital where he later died.
Scott is being held on $1 million. He is set to appear in court later this month.
